      Educational institutions face growing challenges in disseminating announcements, activities, and instructional media through fragmented communication channels, resulting in limited accessibility and inefficient information retrieval. This study presents PN Nexus, a centralized digital platform integrating a public relations and announcement system with an instructional media repository organized by grade level and subject area. An administrative dashboard allows staff to manage content independently. The platform improves access to information for students and teachers, strengthens institutional communication, supports digital education initiatives, and reduces paper usage. PN Nexus also demonstrates commercial potential as a scalable, software as a service solution adaptable to other institutions.
