The Industrial Training Tracking & Coordination System (iTRACK) is a digital management system developed for Kolej Poly-Tech MARA Kota Bharu (KPTMKB) to streamline and enhance the administration of industrial training programmes. The system provides a centralised platform for managing student information, industrial training placements, company details, supervision, documentation, progress monitoring, and assessment. It aims to reduce reliance on manual processes and fragmented records, which may result in administrative delays, duplication of work, and difficulties in monitoring students’ training progress. By integrating key industrial training activities into a single platform, iTRACK facilitates more efficient coordination among students, academic coordinators, supervisors, and industry partners. The system also enables timely monitoring, improves accessibility to training-related information, and supports more systematic record management. Overall, iTRACK is designed to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and effectiveness of industrial training management at KPTMKB, while providing a more organised and user-friendly experience for all stakeholders.
