Abstract  Student engagement remains a significant challenge in higher education, particularly in Office Management courses, where conventional teaching approaches often result in low participation, limited interaction, and reduced learning motivation. Although various gamification tools are available, most provide only a single game format and require lecturers to spend considerable time preparing learning activities. To address these challenges, Office Management EduPlay is introduced as an AI-powered gamification platform designed to simplify the integration of gamification into Office Management education. The platform enables lecturers to upload teaching materials, presentation slides, or learning topics, after which Artificial Intelligence automatically generates a variety of interactive learning activities, including quizzes, escape rooms, matching games, and challenge-based exercises aligned with the intended learning outcomes. In addition, the platform provides real-time learning analytics to monitor students’ participation, performance, and learning progress, enabling lecturers to identify students who require early academic intervention. By integrating AI-assisted content generation, multiple gamification formats, and intelligent learning analytics within a single platform, Office Management EduPlay significantly reduces lesson preparation time while creating a more engaging, personalised, and interactive learning experience. The innovation has the potential to improve students’ motivation, knowledge retention, classroom participation, and academic performance while supporting lecturers in delivering effective digital teaching.
