The innovation addresses common challenges faced by educators when using generative AI, including difficulty in contructing effective prompts, repetitive prompting, inconsistent outputs and limited time. EduPrompt MY introduces the K+T+M+G+S framework : Context, Task ,Information, Style and Review which guides educators in developing clear and purposeful AI instructions, Its practical workflow, Select, Complete, Generate, Review and Publish emphasises educator verification and responsible AI use. The framework can be applied across various educational tasks including teaching and learning materials, posters, certificates, documentation, digital media, resource centre activities and communication. EduPrompt MY aims to reduce prompting time, improve output relevance and consistency, enhance educators' confidence in using AI and promote practical and ethical AI integration in education. Ultimately, EduPrompt MY positions AI not as a replacement for teachers but as a tool that empowers educators to work more efficiently, creatively and effectively.
