ABSTRACT
VOICE UP is a pioneering, AI-powered, human-centred gamified mobile learning ecosystem engineered to conquer communication anxiety and bridge structural learning disparities among indigenous learners. Developed via the ADDIE model and Human-Centred Interaction frameworks, the application features an advanced Listen-Speak-Feedback-Improve cycle backed by Vox Gemini speech recognition and native Jahai linguistic scaffolding. By fusing CEFR-aligned speaking modules with indigenous cultural narratives, VOICE UP transforms English acquisition into an engaging, low-anxiety journey. Pilot evaluations confirm substantial gains in oral proficiency, engagement, and self-confidence, offering a scalable blueprint for equitable, future-ready global education.
