LITTLE CHAMP AIK+ SRIKANDI is a research-based, game-based coaching decision system designed to support women coaches in delivering developmentally appropriate training for girls aged 7-12. It integrates agility, balance, and coordination through four steps: AIK-Saring, AIK-Pilih, AIK-Main, and AIK-Pantau. The system helps coaches identify individual needs, select suitable activities, implement progressive game-based practices, and adapt training based on athlete responses. Grounded in child development, motor learning, and play-based principles, it aims to improve coaching consistency, athlete engagement, and grassroots development, with usability and effectiveness evaluated through pilot testing.
