Teachers undertake various responsibilities beyond classroom teaching, including programme administration and documentation. Preparing programme reports may involve repeated data entry, manual formatting, multiple applications and the separate organisation of written and visual evidence. CemerlangGO 2.0 was developed through an iterative design and refinement process to address these practical challenges in educational programme documentation. The browser-based system integrates a Seven-Part Smart One Page Report (OPR) Framework, AI-assisted content development, evidence integration and visual documentation within a unified workflow. The framework guides users to document programme information, issue or background, objectives, implementation or strategy, outcomes or impact, evidence, and reflection or follow-up action. Generative AI, integrated through Google AI Studio, assists teachers in organising authentic programme information and developing structured draft content, while teachers retain responsibility for reviewing and validating the final output. The contribution of CemerlangGO 2.0 lies in integrating structured reporting, AI-assisted drafting, evidence organisation, visual documentation and reflective follow-up within a teacher-centred workflow. Rather than focusing solely on activity reporting, the system supports documentation that connects programme needs, implementation, outcomes, supporting evidence and subsequent improvement. Future systematic user testing is required to evaluate its usability, time efficiency, perceived usefulness and contribution to documentation quality.
