ABSTRACT In large-scale tertiary education environments, traditional lecture settings often foster a passive learning culture. Students frequently experience immediate knowledge gaps but refrain from asking questions due to peer pressure, social anxiety, or fear of judgment. Consequently, educators face a "delayed feedback loop," relying on post-semester evaluations or after-class surveys that fail to address misunderstandings when they occur. To bridge this communication gap, this project introduces EduPulse, a responsive web-based application designed as a real-time, anonymous classroom feedback system. Utilizing a lightweight digital interface, students can scan a lecture-specific QR code and subtly communicate their comprehension levels during a live lecture by clicking simple indicators (e.g., "Understanding," "Too Fast," or "Confused"). This aggregate, non-identifiable data is instantaneously visualized on the educator's live dashboard via real-time data synchronization. Armed with this instant insight, educators can dynamically pivot their pedagogical pace, address misconceptions on the spot, and foster a safer, more inclusive learning ecosystem. Beyond its immediate academic impacts at KPTM Alor Setar, EduPulse offers substantial commercialization potential through a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, scalable for other higher education institutions, private tutoring centers, and corporate training webinars. Future plans include securing software copyright via MyIPO and publishing empirical data on its pedagogical efficacy.
