Procrastination and poor time management are common challenges among students and can negatively affect their learning and productivity. Many students find it difficult to organise their tasks, stay focused, and complete their schoolwork on time. Therefore, FocusFuze was developed as a mobile application to help students manage their study activities and develop better study habits. The application was created using MIT App Inventor and combines several useful features, including task reminders, flashcards, motivational quotes, and study tools in one platform. The graphical user interface (GUI) was also designed to be simple, attractive, and user-friendly for students. Surveys and user testing involving primary and secondary students were conducted to identify students’ challenges and evaluate the usability of FocusFuze. Feedback from the participants was used to improve the application’s functions and interface. The results showed positive responses towards FocusFuze, with students finding the application useful for organising their tasks, supporting their learning, and encouraging them to stay focused. FocusFuze demonstrates how a simple mobile application can provide students with an accessible and practical tool to manage their time, reduce procrastination, and improve their productivity.
