ABSTRACT
DapurLaju is an innovative drive-thru concept developed to offer fast access to ready-packed basic food ingredients. The idea was inspired by the drive-thru system commonly used by fast-food chains such as McDonald's and KFC, and is proposed to be implemented at major supermarkets such as Mydin, Econsave, and Lotus's. This innovation was developed to address the problem faced by many consumers, especially students and working adults, who struggle with time constraints in shopping and meal preparation, often resulting in skipped meals or reliance on unhealthy fast food. DapurLaju aims to provide a quick, convenient, and time-saving solution for purchasing daily food essentials without the need to leave the vehicle. The target users include busy students, working adults, and families who require faster meal preparation options. DapurLaju offers five starter menu sets which include marinated chicken, marinated fish, mixed vegetables, ready-fried eggs, and basic meal packs. This concept can simplify shopping, reduce meal preparation time, and promote healthier home cooking practices. Overall, DapurLaju has strong potential to be commercialised in supermarkets as an innovative and efficient solution to meet the needs of modern consumers.
