Business document preparation and proofreading are essential competencies for Office Management students. However, by observation, many students experience difficulties in identifying missing document components, formatting errors, and structural inconsistencies in business documents. Traditional teaching methods often rely on manual checking and lecturer feedback, resulting in delayed responses and limited opportunities for students to practice independently. Furthermore, existing learning approaches may not adequately simulate real workplace documentation tasks, leading to gaps between classroom learning and industry expectations. To address these challenges, POD (Practical Office Documentation Simulator) was developed as a gamified learning system that simulates authentic office documentation activities. The system enables students to prepare, review, and proofread various business documents while receiving immediate feedback on errors and omissions. By incorporating simulation and gamification elements, POD creates an interactive learning environment that promotes active participation and continuous improvement. The objectives of this innovation are to enhance students' competency in business document preparation, improve proofreading and error detection skills, provide immediate automated feedback, and increase student engagement through simulation-based learning. It is expected that POD will support more effective teaching and learning practices while preparing students for real-world office documentation tasks.
