EDUVAULT 360 is a digital education innovation developed as a one-stop learning resource hub for Mathematics and Science for Form 1 to Form 3 students. The project uses the Jotform platform to collect, organise and provide systematic access to various learning materials, including notes, digital resources, exercises, interactive quizzes, videos, enrichment activities and reference materials. EDUVAULT 360 was developed to address the challenge of learning resources being scattered, difficult to access and insufficiently organised according to form levels and topics. Through the “One-Stop Digital Learning Vault” concept, students can access learning resources easily, flexibly and independently at any time using digital devices. Mathematics and Science resources are organised by form and topic, enabling students to conduct revision, reinforcement and exploration in a more systematic manner. Teachers can also use EDUVAULT 360 as a supplementary resource for teaching and learning, enrichment, remedial activities and formative assessment. This approach promotes self-directed learning, accessibility, interactivity and student-centred learning, while supporting the integration of digital technology into education. EDUVAULT 360 has the potential to be further expanded by incorporating resources from other subjects, integrating multimedia content and analysing user responses to create a more dynamic, inclusive and sustainable digital learning ecosystem. Overall, EDUVAULT 360 represents an innovative approach to enhancing access to quality learning resources while empowering students to become independent learners, digitally literate individuals and future-ready learners.
