This innovation project is a development of a prototype of a mobile application that demonstrates a digital approach to improve daily operational activities at Cozify Cafe. The prototype is a conceptual solution to the challenges posed by conventional order management practices that can lead to inefficiencies, gaps in communication and human errors. This app is designed for academic and innovation purposes. The app displays the main features of digital order management, sales record visualization and product monitoring in an easy to use mobile interface. The prototype shows improved workflow organization, operational clarity and better service management by means of a structured digital environment. This innovation illustrates a systematic approach to managing cafes, showcasing the advantages of digital transformation for boosting productivity, accuracy, and the overall efficiency of operations in the food and beverage sector.
