ePelawat Secure is a web-based Smart Visitor Security and Pass Management System developed to digitalise and optimise visitor registration and security management within higher education institutions. The system was developed using PHP and MySQL and provides an integrated platform for visitor registration, QR Code-enabled check-in and check-out, visitor pass assignment, real-time visitor monitoring and automated reporting. In addition to managing visitor information, the system enables security personnel to monitor the availability, allocation and return status of physical visitor passes, ensuring better accountability and reducing manual administrative tasks.

The platform features a user-friendly interface with role-based access for administrators, security personnel, and visitors. Real-time dashboards and analytical reports provide management with valuable insights into visitor trends, pass utilisation and operational performance, supporting informed decision-making and enhancing campus security.
